Figs is an innovative restaurant concept by renowned chef Todd English. It is located in the heart of the Sky-Lounge, a new 'upscaled' food court extension of 360 Mall also designed by ARCHJS.
Figs 360, is an open kitchen restaurant concept aimed to enrich the typical food court dining experience in Kuwait. The idea of having an open kitchen design has considerable impact on the ambience and operation of the restaurant space.

One of the main features of the design is the exposed oven located within the open kitchen. This exposed oven not only holds the place for the most activity in the kitchen but also frames and shelters the shape of the design of the kiosk with carefully stacked black granite stone.

The continuous façade of the counters surrounding the area if composed of layered materials to create sense of depth and boundary illusion towards walking customers. A chrome reflective finish sandwiched with a neon purple light and black translucent glass in front constructs awareness and reflectivity within the space.

Surrounding the open kitchen kiosk are wooden chairs and tables that are intentionally situated infront of the reflective counter façade intensifying the colours and materials blend reflected of its surface.
